Refund policy
At CAEVI, every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.
As our jewelry is worn close to the skin, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help and offer a 30-day free replacement service.
Please read the policy below before contacting us.
1. 30-Day Free Replacement
We offer a 30-day free replacement service on all CAEVI jewelry when used under normal conditions and with proper care.
If you notice damage or a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery.
For items damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days so we can report the issue to the carrier.
To start a replacement request, email:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (required for verification)
- A brief description of the issue and when it was noticed
If your item is confirmed to be defective under normal use, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
What is not covered by the 30-day free replacement:
- Damage caused by pulling, bending, or improper handling
- Cracks, chips, or breakage of amber, stones, or beads due to impact
- General wear and tear, including scratches or deformation over time
- Natural fading, oxidation, or wear of gold plating

2. Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including:
- Incorrect style, size, or color selected
- Deciding not to keep the item after delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Mystery gifts and free promotional items
- Items purchased during sales or with discount codes
- Digital products such as gift cards
4. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if any item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- Photos of the items received
- Details of the missing or incorrect item
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
